Training Program

study class cleaning - commercial cleaning

At MCA Group we hold a training program for every staff member and cleaner before they can represent our commercial cleaning service.

The training program follows an extensive one-week training course that thoroughly covers our cleaning procedures and security protocols in case of any type of emergency.

MCA Group Training Program

We take this very seriously and will not let any staff on to a job until they are fully ready and know how to handle and execute all types of equipment. Our commercial cleaning business only hires the top of the line professional cleaners, and take our training program very seriously, as it is the foundation of our business. If there are more than three issues on the job, the staff can be removed and replaced, as we have a zero tolerance policy for inefficient cleaning.
